Sharp pain on armpit?

I am probably going to go see a doctor about this but for the past few days I've had a persistent pain on my right armpit. It almost feels like I've strained a muscle. The pain get's worse when I lay down or lift my arm. It is also a little bit swollen. i am 15 and a female and in very good health. Does anyone know what this may be?
