Stomach pain ( Read! )?

Alright for the past couple of days I have been having some stomach pains and thought I'd ask around here to see what they may be. I'll describe them to you guys as best I can but I can't pinpoint exactally where it is. Here it goes...

It is in my stomach ( Upper part ) and a bit about half way up my chest towards my throat it's about halfway where it stops up my chest. It aches, squeezes, and sometimes gets a bit sharp like poking myself with a dull pencil. Also it seems to start in my stomach and go up almost in breezes it will hurt for 2 minutes then feel good for 1. Then it will make me naseus ( Or whatever ) and it hurts almost aches. It has been happening for a couple days. It happens right before I eat breakfast and right after I eat dinner ( Probably about 2-3 hours after ) Help?!

It could be acid reflux or a minor ulcer.
