| Neck Pain and Headache?
I have been working out for a while and for the fourth time this month I have had a sharp pain in my neck that leads immediately to a piercing headache. I thought that it might be a pinched nerve but I'm not entirely sure. I gave it over a week to heal but today I experienced the same pain at the end of the workout. The pain comes from any exercise that requires me to go into overdrive to finish a repetition. Any advice or information would be most appreciated.      |
