| I'm 16 and take ephedra and diet pills I get chest pain and have high blood pressure now but I CAN'T STOP OR.. I'll gain all the weight back. I refuse to be fat again it was so embarassing. Is there anyway I can stop without gaining the weight back?      |

| Ok if you continue on with these pills, you will have a massive heart attack and could very well die. You don't need pills to stay fit. Try going to the gym and do cardio a few days a week for 30 mins to an hour. Drinking lots of water helps, cut back on sugars/caffiene/high fat espically deep fried food. |
