Yeast infection with radiating pain?

I've had a yeast infection in the past and usually buy some over the counter meds and it clears up. This time I felt it coming and got monostat 1 night treatment. That was 6 days ago, the itches has improved, but it does flare up maybe 2 times a day pretty bad , im very irritated and sore and for the past 2 days i have had radiating pain down there that moves to my behind area. I never had this pain before and I'm getting worried. Its Saturday so i cant see the doc till monday, anyone ever feel this while having a yeast infection? I also have mild dysplasia if that has anything to do with it... I never had symptoms of that though.

I have never heard a yeast infection described in that way. I suggest surley seeing a doc and trying to find this stuff called " seaman salve" or something.... my grandmother used to have me use that when I was a child, I used to get them alot. ( Thank god I havnt had one in years!!) The slave is in a little jar thing... it rox I dont even know if it is still made lol...

**LOOKED INTO IT*** its Saymens salve. I know it dosnt say for yeast infections but it seriously rox!
