One leg longer then the other, scoliosis... joint pain....????

I was diagnosed with minor scoliosis quite a few years ago as a kid. One of my legs is longer then the other also at least im pretty sure unless my hip bone or w/e is out of place. I have been wearing a lift in my shoe for years and now I've just noticed it's gotten worse. My lift no longer helps, the difference has gotten greater. I am going to see a chiropractor tomorrow but I'm really worried about it. I just got into strength training and fitness a few months ago and its become my life and now I feel like This may put a stop to it. Anyone had any experience with this? I'm extremely worried about it... thanks
