hemmroids? bleed, pain, itch at anus hole?

im not sure if i have hemmriods. i heard that there are lumps if you have hemmroids. however, i dont have lumps. whenever i poop, i constipate and it bleeds. It's painful and itchy around the anus hole. what can i do ?
