run but after when i stretch it certain ways, does anyone have any suggestions on what it may be?

sounds like shin splints. its a comon problem in runners. Its when the tendons seperate from the bone causing pain. there are many things you can do to help it. Good luck

You have a shin splint, go to your physician and stop jogging for now. Maybe ride a bike.
