back ankle pain when i run?

hi,
when i run the back of my ankle starts to hurt pretty bad but not bad enough to where it forces me to stop my run. its at the same height as the ball of my ankle only its the achilles tendon in the back that hurts.

i tried to watch how i ran to see if i could find a cause for this and i noticed that i always run more on my toes and the front part of my feet and say im makeing a left turn, when i turn the inside foot (left foot) stays forward while my body and leg turns left. and that kind of twists my ankle but i continue to do it without thinking about it. could that be the cause?

If your Achilles hurts when you run, STOP! I've had tendonitis in my Achilles for nearly 2 years which was brought on from overuse and not listening to my body when it said "Ouch!".
