| pain management for injured cat?
Possible broken bones in back leg or hip. I work at an animal clinic so I will take her in tomorrow morning, but for now I have her confined in a cat carrier. So for now should I give her food or water until midnight, then take it away so they can down her for the x-ray, or just have her fast now. Also any tips for managing pain? I know asprin is not good. She is doing pretty good, very alert, and not showing too many signs of pain, her leg is just limp. Any tips to make her more comfortable?
