upper stomach pain tired and weak for past 2 weeks?

hi
Perhaps anybody out there ever been true the same pain?
For past 2 weeks feeling tired and week no energy!
Pain,pinching between my rip cage upper stomach.
Feels like pinching heartburn like but worst.
Doctor tells me to wait 1 more week to see what happens.
All my blood work came back negative.
If still in pain in one week need to see a specialist and test will be done with camera.
Could this be a stomach bug of some sort?
