| whats better for muscle pain, heat or ice?
like the back of my thigh, i dont know what its called, hurts when i move my leg. like its fine when its straight and its fine when its bent, it just hurts when i move its position. so which would be better, a heating pad or ice? i know ice is to get rid of swelling and stuff, but since its not like a normal thing for me, i didnt know if ice would be needed or something...
