| Upper Back Pain?
Hi I am 25 years of age.After two years I tried doing some push ups, but that resultant into a upper back pain problem. I can feel a pain in my right upper back(Near to my shoulder bone) whenever I turn my head either left/right.I am having this pain for the past 2 weeks.I dont see any swell around the area.After 1 week , I am feeling slight pain around my neck as well as in my left hand side also. I would like to know the following stuffs 1) Is it any gas problem ? If so how can I cure it any drugs? 2) Is it related to tissue? If so can I try with sprain patches? 3) Is it related to bones ? Can any of you advise me ? Day by day I am worried.      |
