Does anybody know what this is? or even how to treat the pain?

I have had this sore throat since monday, and it keeps getting worse,

swallowing hurts, eating anything hurts, eating ice cream hurts, apple juice milk water you name it hurts. the best thing i've come across, jello, even hurts, but just a little bit less.

at its rarest moments breathing hurts,

other than that opening my mouth hurts, making vocal cord noise hurts, moving my tounge (sp) sometimes hurts, coughing hurts, even a little wimpy girl cough

im dying and im going to the doctor tomorrow

but if you know what this is, it might help, or if you know what i could do to make some of the pain go away with out killing myself or taking 3 pills of pain meds (because it doest work) let me know

yea well there is no what, white stuff? or what ever and so I dont think its strep?
