grad student has a spectacular aura about
car accident, suffering lower back pain?

I was in a car accident 10/4/07. A guy in a SUV slammed into the back of the company cavalier. I was at a complete stop! A girl behind him hit his truck and hit me again. I went through physical therapy which didn't work and it is a work comp incident. I have suffered twice now bruising on the lower part of my back. The bruise is red, small dots, sometimes purple on both sides of my lower spine area. When the bruise first develops it's like heat is coming out of the area, and it last for about a week then fades away. The work comp doctor's did x-ray's of my back and tell me I'm fine! But obviously I'm not because every time I sit in a chair or on the couch, lay in bed, walk, stand, or bend over the pain is in my lower back area. The pain never goes away, it's always with me. The work comp doctors refused to do an MRI on me! I would like an answer as to what it might be? Since it's a work comp case I have been waiting almost 6 months to get my back fixed, and no luck. Thanks

Get a lawyer. I know the work comp attorneys seem a little sleazy, but just the fact that you have one, opens medical doors. At least, that's my experience.
