Short sharp pain in left temple?

Lately I have been having very short sharp pains in my left temple. It happens mostly in the mornings and at night and happens about 10 times a day. Its been going on for about a week now. Ive noticed that it seems to stop when i take sinus medicine but i have no congestion or headaches. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Try drinking more fluids(non-caffeine) and taking a daily vitamin. It could just be stress? I had them for awhile and they have gone away. Don't know what caused them?
