I have a colourless bruise like pain that won't go away!?

Just above my elbow, just below my tricep, i have this pain that won't go away. It feels like a bruise... but deeper. There's no discolouration, and it doesn't really hurt when i put pressure on it. But sometimes when i put my elbow on a table and kind of move it around, it really hurts. Or sometimes i can just hit it on the right spot and there's pain too. It's been like this for a couple months now, i don't remember hitting it on injuring it though, so i don't know what it is?????
