I take multiple pain meds. I am 4 weeks pregnant. Is it safe to keep

taking untill I see Dr.? I take morphine sulfate, extended release and fast acting, for concentric tears in my discs. Over the counter meds do not work for me. I also take anxiety meds, and sleeping pills. I found out I am about 4 weeks pregnant and do not want to harm the baby, but cannot go completely without meds.I have an appointment to see OB, but could not get in for another month. Is it safe to take the pills?
