what could cause pain on left side from rib cage all the way to hip and around to

lower back and nausea after? For the past week I have had this pain on my left side going from my rib cage all the way down to top of hip and around side to lower back I get hungry but when I eat I feel nauseas right away no matter what I ate whether crackers or meal. I have watery stools that are pea green in color. Has anyone else had this problem or know what it is? Its drivig me crazy!!!!
