Neck/Back Pain, Whiplash injury, head & chest pain?

I had a car accident in December just 2 weeks after giving birth and suffered whiplash - I was told where my ligaments were softened still from the pregnancy the recovery could be longer. I have been having physio for this. I have been getting neck and back pain but also lately I get headaches (up into the back of the skull), chest pain and shoulder pain. Do you think this is all in relation to the injury? These latest symptoms have only come on recently but I have been told everything can be related? I am fed up of taking painkillers, are there any natural pain relief available that anyone else has tried that is good and how long does it normally take for things to get back to normal? Bearing in mind, I have a young baby that requires a lot of lifting etc that I can't rest.
