pain and swelling in inner ankle?

a little less than a month ago i was kicked really hard in my inner ankle playing soccer. afterwards it was swollen and hurt. it still hurts and is still a little swollen but i also noticed after it happened i could move something around in my ankle. any ideas on what this is and what i should do? thanks!
