Sonshine has a spectacular aura about
I have chronic pain (fibromyalgia) and chronic depression. I need encouragement and

suggestions for pain mgt.? I have had flair ups evey day for the past three months and it is wearing on my nerves as well as my body. I have tried Ralivia, Tylenol, hot baths and hot water bottles, epsom salts. I am hurting in my neck, shoulders, lower back, and in the middle of my shoulder blades. Someone please help. I need a miracle from God to help me to cope with this pain. I try to walk daily and tidy my home. It is getting challenging for me just to do simple things now.

I know someone who suffered from Fibromyalgia. She was in such pain and hated to complain. She ended up ending her life because of the pain. I am telling you this because I understand what you are going through. You need something stronger for the pain. Also massage therapy. What I think...... you should join a support group ....this way people who are suffering the same as you.... can help each other.
I wish you the best and will say a pray for you.

find a good rheumytologist ( i don't think that is spelled right)
It is a dr that specializes in arthritis and pain control. You need to be on dif meds and have good Dr care. I have had this and other chronic pain issues for years. A counselor can help you come to terms with your chronic illness. You may have to see several Drs. before you find a good one. I find women Drs. most sympatheitc to pain. Good Luck!!!

I'll encourage you. I'm going to start praying for you daily. That would be good for you to do also. That may not totally cure it, but it'll help for sure if you only have faith.
