you have to get it checked out by the doctor, in case you have done any serious damage. if you get the all clear for serious damage heres what you need to do. i know its painful, but you have to keep moving around, start working your lower back after having light back exercises! you can get some anti inflamatories to ease the pain, but its best to strengthen your lower back. good luck mate, i am going through the same back pain and it is no picnic.      |
