My guinea pig acts like she is in pain when I try to touch her?

I adopted two brother guinea pigs a few months ago, and found out one was a girl. I had to give the boy to my brother, and I kept the girl. She was totally fine after they were separated. Then one day a few months later she randomly started acting like it hurt her to be touched. She runs away when I try to touch her and when I do touch her she squeals like it hurts. However, if I am feeding her lettuce and petting her, she is fine and will even purr. What's wrong with her???
