I have a horrilbe cold. Sore throat, headache, sinus pain. Should I be concerned if

the mucus is yellow? Or is it green when I need to be concerned? I don't have a fever but when I blow my nose its yellow.

YES! go see a doctor. that means you have an infection! DOCTOR PRONTO!

Yes, yellow & green are bad. You have a sinus infection & need to go to your GP or ENT MD for an antibiotic.

In the meantime, try Mucinex...it works great. It loosens mucus.
Advil or Aleve for headache.
Suck on Zinc lozenges. Suck on cough drops with eucalyptus.
Gargle with Hydrogen peroxide (it will feel weird because it bubbles up).
Drink tea with honey & lemon...breathe in steam.
Use Vaporizer to moisturize air.
Use saline nasal spray several times/day.
Boil large pot of water, put towel over head & breathe in steam...be careful not to burn yourself by getting too close.
