i have a sharp chest pain?

its located to the left of my sturnum about half an inch. it started this morning and its only when i inhale. any ideas? im lost
i havent been doing anything different. and it cant be stress. im 19 very chill easy going and i havent done anything to pull anything. i smoke thats about it
cant be a heart attack im only 19
