Lot's of lower back pain after falling down stairs.?

What should I do?

It really hurts, I went to the orthopedist who said all was fine, but it's not. It's really painful, how do i go about asking him for pain medicine? I do not abuse It, I have been prescribed Tylox at the Hospital, (when i fell) but It's now gone. I don't want to sound like I'm a drug addict when i go out there, I'm not. I'm a very active person normally, but I find myself being on my couch and not doing much at all.

What do I say? I know to be honest, of course, but is there a way to help them better describe my problem to give me something for the pain, It doesn't have to be Tylox, it just needs to work. I'm very tired of being in pain.
