Paint Shop Pro trial changed all my images to their type of file, please help!?

Paint Shop Pro trial changed all my images to their type of file, please help!?

Ok, I downloaded the PSP trial 24 days ago, and now ALLL the images on my computer are PSP files. I can't put pictures from my cell phone to my computer, because when they get on the computer, they are PSP files, and it won't even let me open them.

Can someone help me so that all my pictures can be returned to normal?
