Wugga has a spectacular aura about
Painting a car quickly and easily yourself?

My friend has a 10+ year old Ford Taurus. It's a dirty white color (it's impossible to keep cars clean around here) and, in his exact words, looks like a "grandpa car". Now to be fair, he did get it from his grandpa... but still.

Anyways, we would like to paint it. Nothing too fancy or great looking is necessary. We would like to paint the whole car a bright green and then splatter random colors of paint all over it. So... my main questions are:

1: What sort of paint should we use? We were going to use spraypaint... but that seems like it could get expensive.

2: How much time should we set aside for this? We will have 3-5 people working on it.

As a side note. Yes, we realize that it won't be terribly permanent and that it will chip and wear, etc. We just want something that will look cool for awhile and doesn't cost much money.

Thanks!
Okay... so people understand. This needs to be CHEAP!!!!

Seriously, my friend has trouble doing activities that cost like $20-30. No way is he gonna get $200+ for this... and as good of friends as we are, I'm not gonna pay for it.
As for selling the car... that's his business. I don't know why you guys are talking like this is MY car. This is my friend's and I don't think he's planning on selling it any time soon. He's 17, has no money, and got this car for free from his grandpa. It's probably only worth like $600 at the max anyways.

As for a place to paint, that's easy. We live in a pretty rural area. We'll just drive it off into a field near his house and paint it there.
