What color should I paint my bathroom with ocean/fish theme?

We are redoing our basement into my office and work out room and it has a huge bathroom with a big standup shower with glass door. UGLY old fashioned brown lineolum, ugly old small brown cupboards and ugly tan countertop. Small window so we dont get much light. The toliet has a oceanic "see through" type toliet seat (very blue). The walls right now is white and we never used the basement before now (bestfriend moved out last weekend and was living there for 4 years!- bought the house 4.5 years ago so never used it!)
So we dont have the money or time to replace the floors, sink, countertops, etc. I would love any kind of feedback what I could do with the bathroom but most importantly what color should I paint the walls? There is a border of fish wallpaper that Im wanting to take down. So just one color all the way around. OHH also since the bathroom is huge we are moving our freezer in there.
