Can you paint an already made Piņata?
I need a dragontales Piņata... I'm thinking that I can order a regular dragon and paint it blue like Ord (THE dragon requested) but I've never painted a premade piņata...

It seems that paint would not be great. Why not try adding more blue tissue paper to customize it. The "heavy work" will be done by purchasing a pre-made Piņata, you just need to change the "dress" that your Piņata will be wearing, right?

yes, but you are painting tissue paper. It will be a little clumpy. Be careful with your paint selection
