| Photoshop Elements 6 or Corel Paint Shop Pro?
I just purchased the Photoshop Elements 6 software and I am having a hard time with it. Corel had a tool called the "warp" tool that I used alot. It was a distortion or pinch tool. Photoshop has something similar but I have not figured it out yet. Any experts? Help! Thank you!
