half buckets of paint? im painting my room and im puting the paint in water ballon or some type of ballons and so i need like half of the amount of a bucket of paint that people usually get, so how much would like 1 half bucket thingy costt? web sites?

I would check at Lowe's or Home Depot. They sell mis-tinted paint for just a few dollars. With some of the colors you are looking for, you might luck in to a good bargain. Also try some of the chain paint stores. If you haven't done this before with the balloons, you might want to test it out on poster board or something similar. I'm thinking you might need to water down the paint a bit.
When I was around 15, back in the late 60's, I papered my room with aluminum foil and tootsie roll wrappers. Ahh, to be 15 again.

You could possibly get it for free, from people who have the paint and don't need it anymore....better for the environment than buying things new!
The way you do this is go to www.freecycle.org, join the group or groups for the area where you live, like where I live there are 2 larger cities nearby and 2 smaller towns, so I joined each group and when I want something or have something to offer, I post it to all 4...after joining, then you post what you want to each group, and your post of what you want will go to the email of everyone who belongs to each group...anyone who has what you need will be able to email you through Freecycle....SO what better price than free?

It really depends on the brand and quality of paint you choose. 1 quart of decent quality paint costs about $12-16. For what it sounds like you're going to do, quality isn't important.
