Stanley S has a spectacular aura about
Spray, brush or roller for smoothest painting?

I want to paint a box, its like 1 feet by 1 feet.
I want to make it very shiny and slick. (like a car like finish)

I have a oil primer, white flat paint BEHR, and polyurethane.

what should I do?
should I use a brush/air spray/roller
for the smoothest?

Sarah has a spectacular aura about
definitely the spray.
if your sprayer's retarded and won't work evenly or something, then the roller's your second-best bet.
good luck and have fun.

GJ-2 has a spectacular aura about
spray!
and dont try to get it covered all in one go! take your time and apply many light coats instead of one thick heavy coat that ends up running. just remember to be patient the more time you give the paint to dry the better the finish. also spray in a dust free enviroment and out of direct sunlight.
Now to make it shiny? use a enamel paint for the first coat and like i said take time, once you are happy with the amount of cover allow it to dry for at least 24hrs in a dry area (out of the sunlight) then get some 'clear coat' this is what gives car paint that deep glossy look, again spray the clear on in many fine light coats until you are satisfied, allow to dry for another 24hrs and then use 'cutting compound' to buff the dull paint off and then you can use polish to really make it look good.

good luck!
