Where do I find info on a picture/painting I have?

I have a picture,very old, that is unique. It shows 2 men on the right side of the picture standing over a campfire with a black pot over the fire. The left side pictures an almost daytime looking scene of a river. The right side with the men is nighttime. Would love info on it as my dad bought it at an auction possibly 60 yrs. ago.
