What color should I paint my house? (pic included)?

I am having a new black shingel roof put on my house in three weeks, and I still have not decided what color to paint it. Have you got any ideas? thanks!

Probably a dark forest green to have that old country look or else a wood brown.

Wedgewood blue.
BTW, you may want to rethink that black shingle idea. While it looks great, it heats up the upstairs room(s) like crazy. I wish the previous owner had selected anything other than black shingles for our house!

I would paint it white. It will look larger. It will be easy to match paint. About any color trim will go with it and you will have a cooler house.

I would paint it a grey-blue color, it will make it stand out around the other houses.

i say green and leave the wood alone...khaki green is a great color and there are a bunch of different shades...try to get some colors you are interested in and lay them against the brick on the part you will be painting...to get an idea of how the house will look you can even get software to paint a picture of your house to get a better idea...but black and white and khaki green are the colors of my house..my house is i guess in between olive and khaki...odd color but i like it
