Should I use texture painting on this wall (PICS)?

Ok, so I got a little bored and decided to paint one wall in my living room green; to have an "accent wall".

Before I did this, I bought green curtains. Then I painted the wall, and I liked how it turned out, but I am not sure if the curtains match because it is kind of a different green and textured a bit.

Does the wall match the curtains?
And should I use a lighter green to texture paint over the dark green or leave it the way it is?
