| Surface Tension- Paint Application Question?
Will not allow the Paint to flow properly (leaving voids or a 'funky' appearance)... A 'Sheeting Agent' is used in the surface preperation (too much or too little maybe)... How do we determine and explain that Surface Tension is the issue in explaining why/how rejects occur in 'Every Day/Modern Day' Terms and not Newtonium Physics?
