| Paint horse genetics? How do paint markings occur? How does a horse develop two different skin pigmentations? I am writing a paper and have found information on how each color is derrived, but I have not found out how the actual paint markings happen. Is it a specific gene? If you know of a website which has info, that would be great, I haven't had much luck with the APHA site. Thanks, in advance.      |
