xchristynx has a spectacular aura about
what colors should i paint my walls?

i'm kind of a rocker girl but i'm also pretty sophisticated...

i want my room to reflect that and be sophisticated/rocker-chic but i also want it to be comfortable- it is a bedroom

i just want to know what color i should paint my walls that will go with my very dark grey metal bedframe but also reflect the above. after i paint the walls then i'll think about furniture and bedspred and other things

any ideas???

You can try texture painting, so it doesn't have to just be one color. Or you can only paint one or two of the four walls instead of all four. I think that can help balance your two sides.
I can imagine a sophisticated kinda of pale yellow or something, and sponge on a design in the corner in a deep purple.
Lots of possibilities, and tons of ways to be creative.

Ragging and sponging are my favorites. Crackle might be interesting for you.

Since it's your bedroom, you should pick colors that speak to you, and that you're naturally drawn to. Try going into the paint section of stores and take a bunch of those little color swatch thingies for more color ideas.
