| i filled out app and as soon as i was done the landlord said its yours but has paint fumes,heat half works? when he showed it to me said it gets fumy in there from time to time from paint fumes from auto shop next door, and said in the winter the heat does not get that hot. but as soon as i got done with the app he said, its yours you got a apartment now and smiled, then said can you pay the deposit right now ? i said we can do it tomorrow, should i do it???? rent is 340 a month, i havent filled the other apps out from other apartments yet. water and heat is included, but if heat doesnt work great, i would have to use a electric heater to keep the place warm, and that uses electric which would make the electric bill jump up      |
