i parked my new car near a constructing site,result the shining of car paint...

...gone and? I parked my new car near a constructing site and the result the shining of car paint gone and glasses and mirror got stain and corrosion due to curing of water and cemnet particles, i washed my car with wax based shampoo but could not able to restore the shinning of car paint and clear glass, can any body help in resolving the matter...."thanks
