whats best paint shop pro or photoshop?

i have paint shop pro 8 and like to edit pictures with it (improving images/photoshopping)
but i have heard its better if you use photoshop

what is the best for improving pictures paint shop pro or photoshop????

Well, photoshop, but that's a hefty $800 price tag! Plus, if your confident with PaintShop Pro8, stay with it. Photoshop is very confusing and I'm satisfied using Paint.net. I'm just frustraded because only photoshop can edit PSD files! >.<

Photoshop...if PSP were better, you would be seeing more professionals use it.

Photoshop is awsome! when i first stared using it i just sat do on the computer and went to town! it does get confusing but it also can be a heck of a lot of fun.
