I want to make a bebo skin i am using paint at the moment,but i want something

more pro(yet free)please help!! !HEY PLEASE READ THIS!
I REALLY WANT TO MAKE A BEBO SKIN.I KNOW HOW TO ITS JUST I AM USING PAINT BUT I WANT SOMETHING MORE PROFESIONAL LIKE PHOTOSHOP.WHEN I USE PAINT I CANT FADE TWO PICTURES INTO EACHOTHER AND WHEN I TRY TO CUT A SOMETHANG OUTTA THE WHOLE PICTURE IT LOOKS CRAP!I WOULD REALLY APPRICIATE IF YOU CAN HELP!PLEASE NOTE THAT I NEED SOMETHING FREE AND NOT A 30 DAY TRIAL AND I NEED SOMETHING THATS VIRUS CLEAN!THANKS!I REALLY NEED THIS ASAP BY 1 HOUR REALLY!BUT IF LATER I DONT MIND!THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
