i love drawing-which tablet from GENIUS is better for me? i want to use corel draw?

1. is there any tablets that you can draw on a paper and at the same time you can see the pointer in the monitor moving and drawing the same thing in pc?..so you have one on the paper and another in pc?2. i want to use corel or other painting softwares to paint...and i dont know if i need a gnote 7100 or 5000 ,,that has papers too ,,but no display on itself...,,hmmcan you PLEASE tell me...IF I AM INTO DRAWING..and i wanto to keep my drawings...and..i wanna use corel...which tablet i should buy......i can spent around 100 dollars... and prefer genius...!...thanks!
