| do you dream?
I had a really strange dream recently & it was so vivid that i remember most of it. I am 24 now & in the dream i had i went back to the house that i grew up in. It was a town house ( a house that is 2 houses connected together with seperate entrances & two different families living on each side ) & all the houses on that side of the steet where town houses, but the houses across the street where regular houses. The neighborhood this house was in is a very American, white picket fence type area. Very suburban & lots of trees b/c the state in the US that i live in has lots of trees. So it was almost like a little hidden valley.On the other side of the house that i grew up in there was 2 kids, Sara & Nate, that were the same age as me & my older brother. At the time my mom only had 3 kids, but my little brother was too young to hang out with Sara, nate, my eldest brother & i. Sara, Nate, my older brother & i would always have parties & get into a bit of trouble. Sara & Nates parents worked untill about 5 in the evening, so when we all got out of high school (the school was right behind our house, there was one big long fence seperating every one on my side of the blocks property from the school property) at about 2 in the afternoon, we would all go to Sara & Nates to party. When their parents got home, we would have already switched the party over to our side of the house b/c my mom worked nights. This was very convenient for us as you see (lol) as it allowed us to party unbeknownst to our parents, pretty much as much as we liked. It was pretty normal for us to have at least 20 kids at a time, if not more at these almost daily parties. The only time we couldnt have these parties was on the weekends b/c that is when our parents were off work. I cant tell you how many cans of air freshener we used to rid the house of weed & cig smoke during those days, lol.So in the dream i had recently, i was in the same house & everything was the same(my mom at work etc) except i was the same age i am now. Im not sure where my brothers were in the dream, but it was blizzarding outside very badly (the state i live in gets ALOT of snow in the winter). I was alone & then all of a suddenly all these people i used to party with started knocking at the door & begging to be let in to escape the blizzard. The people kept coming & coming & things started to get out of hand. My moms carpet was cover in snow & soaking wet & i was getting afraid b/c it was such a mess & my mom was gonna kill me for having people over & ruining her carpet. More & more people kept coming & they were bringing their children with them. Finally i said everyone has got to leave, but the kids can stay, so i was sitting in my mothers house with all these children.Then everything changed. I was in the same house, except i was alone & it was very sunny outside. I looked out of the window & saw that in the yard across the street from me,there was like 15 of those huge huge shetland sheep dogs & they were all black & dirty just hanging out in the yard. I opended the door to see what was going on & as soon as i opened up the door, they all started barking & growling really loud & they ran to my front door. I pulled the sreen door shut & tried bolting the main door locked, but the dogs kept pushing it. Everytime i would get the door locked, they would go back to the neighbors yard & then i would open the door again about 10 minutes later & the same thing would happen. Over & over again until i finally woke up in sweats, scared to death. It was crazy.That is the most recent vivid dream i have had & it scared me so much that i think about it every day. I told my mom about it & she said that if you dream about mean dogs, that the dogs represent demons. The demons were trying to get me she says & god wouldnt let them.So that is my dream.
