SHIT! I don't know what to do! I think I may have lost all of my photos....?

I recently installed Corel Paint Shop Pro onto an external hard drive that I have which is also where I stored my photos! Being that they were saved, I uninstalled the program! Now there are no photos! Only the folders that were named with the dates for each group of photos remain! I even tried to re install it thinking that they may have been saved with a file extension that only Corel can read...STILL NO PICTURES! Help me please!

Go buy a undelete program or download one.Stores that selll software have these programs.Remember some undelete programs find individual files easier than files in a folder.. Do this soon before you overwritten the files. Do a google search for the right program. If you buy online some sites will offer a preview of the software meaniing you can run the program and see the deleted files. You won't be may to recover unless you buy the software.
