Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error when I try to open Paint Shop Pro?

This is driving me crazy! I downloaded and installed the vcredist_x86.exe from Microsoft. Nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled Paint Shop pro. Nothing. I did a full registry scan TWICE! No help. So don't try and sell me registry cleaning software. I have some already. It didnt help. I am a web designer and I NEED PAINT SHOP PRO!!! Someone please help before I go bald pulling out my hair? What the hell is Virtual C++ anyway? I have used Paint Shop Pro for years and never had this problem till now. Also my computer is spyware free so don't try to sell me that either. HEEEELLPPPP!!!!!!!!!
