can you tell me how to get dry paint?

If it is still a surface stain and not soaked in then you should be able to cut it off... That is what I do.

You can try Goof-Off or Goof-Off 2. It may or may not work. The fact that it's polyester will work in your favor, over say, wool or cotton.

sorry mate but it's game over if the paint is already dry (unlike emulsion). if the paint was still wet' you could get it off with white spirit (turps) but i don't think soaking it now will help!

use WD40 to loosen it off then use dawn to clean the residue

Is it acrylic or oil based. Acrylic will wash out after several washs or sometimes you can scratch it off. if it's oil you're out of luck

If it's acrylic and you're washed it and it won't come out try soaking it with a little of gas or spray and wash. I've used both.
