| Do I need to Primer rooms that already are painted with white paint?
I am painting my house right now and I just bought some primer. I was wondoring, do I need to primer the rooms that have paint on them already. The bedrooms have white paint in them already so I need to know if I have to paint them with the primer or if I can paint over with a dark green color. We have paneling in the living room and dark colored cupboards. Should I primer the paneling (dark green paint will eventually go over it) and the cupboards (I'm painting them a light green)? |
